Tiffany Carletta is an actor, director, and theatre educator committed to creating inclusive, inspiring spaces for storytelling and performance. A graduate of the University of the District of Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts, Tiffany’s career spans across stage, film, and arts education. Her performance work includes roles such as Beneatha Younger in A Raisin in the Sun, Syd in Gay Love Jones, Chocolate Badu in NOIR: For Colored Boys Who…, and Patty Babcock in Grease with a Side of Mumbo Sauce.
As a director, Tiffany has brought dozens of youth and community productions to life, including Finding Nemo Kids, The Jungle Book Kids, The Little Mermaid, Willy Wonka Kids, and A Christmas Peter Pan with the JCC of Greater Baltimore, John Lewis Elementary, and Not Just Dance Studio. Her productions have been recognized in the DC Black Theatre & Arts Festival, Tribe Fest DC, and Capital Fringe. She has been nominated for several M.A.M.A. awards in the area of theatre and won for best supporting actress in 2025.
Through her work, Tiffany aims to expand access to arts education, amplify underrepresented voices, and empower the next generation of storytellers.
